Only I have the right to take off my shirt in my films – when Salman said on the question related to Katrina Kaif

Only I have the right to take off my shirt

At one time the news of affair between Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif was in full swing. The two worked together for the first time in the film, Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya. The film was a hit and after that both appeared together in many films. Salman Khan used to choose how Katrina would dress in the film. Regarding this matter, senior journalist Prabhu Chawla asked Salman Khan whether it is his love or friendship for Katrina.

Prabhu Chawla had asked Salman Khan in his show, ‘Sidhi Baat’, ‘You seem to have real love for the kind of talk about Katrina. You worry about what she will wear. You never had anything like this with anyone earlier. Salman Khan replied, ‘No sir, always used to happen but didn’t speak. If you look at my films, I have decadence in my films, I do more family films. Only I have the right to remove shirts in my films, no one else.’

Interrupting him, Prabhu Chawla again asked, ‘But the friendship you have with Katrina, should we call it love? Or say friendship?’ Salman replied, ‘You can give whatever name you want. You can call it love, you can call it friendship, you can call it enmity, you can name it whatever you want.

When he was asked that he imposes some restrictions on Katrina, he replied, ‘There is no restriction. If someone is new, then guide them a little, then it is not called a restriction, nor is it said to be possessive. Because I have been in this industry for years and I know many things about the industry. It is clear that if she is going wrong then I can stop her… Then she has her own career, she has her own thinking, she can decide for herself.

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s relationship lasted for 7 years and both of them broke up in 2016. After this Katrina came into the discussion about her relationship with Ranbir Kapoor. Even after this, the relationship between Salman Khan and Katrina remained very good and both worked together in many films.

However, once when Salman Khan reached Karan Johar’s show ‘Koffee with Karan’, he made some comments on Katrina Kaif in a taunted manner. Karan had asked her a question when she woke up in the morning as Katrina and Ranbir in a rapid fire round. In response, Salman said, ‘Where is Ranbir, I will ask Katrina? Will I ask Ranbir, is he more lucky or I?’
