Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in America on his three-day visit. There he was warmly received by the Indian-American community at the airport. On this occasion, while praising Indians, PM Modi said that you have made your own identity in the world. Let us inform that on Wednesday, after reaching America, PM Modi interacted with some members of the Indian American community in a hotel. The Prime Minister also shared some photographs of himself with Indian-American Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) on Twitter.

 

He wrote in the tweet, “I am grateful to the Indian community in Washington DC for the warm welcome. Indian diaspora is our strength.” Modi said, “The way Indian diaspora has made a different identity around the world, it is commendable.” Let us tell that PM Modi is very popular among Indian-Americans.

 

Modi’s seventh US visit after becoming PM: This is PM Modi’s seventh visit to the US since becoming Prime Minister in 2014. However, PM Modi has gone to America for the first time after Joe Biden came to power in America. He will also meet Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison on the occasion. On his visit, he said that this is a good opportunity to strengthen India-US comprehensive global strategic partnership and ties with Japan and Australia. Explain that the population of the Indian community in America is more than 1.2 percent. However, apart from American politics, this community is also playing an important role in many other fields.

 

Will meet with global leaders: In his visit, PM Modi will meet US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. He also has a bilateral meeting with his Australian counterpart Scott Morrison and Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga. PM Modi, who arrived in the US for three days, will meet the CEOs of five big companies – Qualcomm, Adobe, First Solar, General Atomics and Blackstone.

 

While going to America, PM Modi was also seen working. He shared a photo of it from his Twitter account. He wrote in the caption of the photo that, ‘A long flight means a chance to do papers and some file work.’
